摘  要:本研究使用一套专门针对中国英语学习者设计的词汇深度测试,探索母语对词汇深度知识中词义与搭配的影响。结果表明,词义知识与词汇广度同步增长,搭配知识则趋于停滞。母语对词义与搭配的影响不对等,受试更易在搭配方面受母语一致性影响,而对母语—二语语义差异的鉴别能力并未随词义知识增长。This paper reports the findings of a study that investigated the role of learners' L1 in L2 vocabulary depth knowledge.By means of a Vocabulary Depth Test designed by this author,L1 influence was examined on the meaning and collocation aspects respectively.Results showed that the meaning knowledge increased with vocabulary size,whereas collocation knowledge tended to stabilize.The learners' L1 exerted asymmetrical influence upon meaning and collocation knowledge,and the subjects appeared more liable to L1 congruence effect on collocation.The findings may have pedagogical implications for vocabulary teaching for Chinese EFL learners.
