摘　　要：建设双师结构教学团队是促进教师专业发展、提高教师素质的有效途径。高职院校教学团队建设要把促进教师专业发展作为重要目标,以团队理论指导团队组建,完善教学团队的激励与约束机制,通过团队学习促进教师专业发展。Constructing double-qualified teaching team is an effective way to improve teachers＇ quality and promote teach ers＇ professional development.Constructing teaching team of higher vocational schools should insist the purpose of promot ing teachers＇ professional development,build teaching team complying with team theory,standardize the mechanism of moti vation and restriction,and promote teachers’professional development through teach learning.
