摘　　要：家族企业先天的、本能的包含着"企业"与"家族"二元子系统,即家族企业既是一个以经济利润为目的实体,又是一个始终应遵循家庭伦理准则的实体,决定了家族企业的家族信任与企业信任、家族忠诚与企业忠诚、家文化与企业文化的冲突矛盾。我们充分发挥企业文化的功能,化解矛盾,提升合作,培育家族企业忠诚度、信任感及家文化。The family firm contains firm and family as a subsystem naturally,that is to say,family firm is an entity whose aim is economic benefit as well as obeying family ethic norms.The conflict of family trust and firm trust,family loyalty and firm loyalty,and family culture and firm culture cannot be avoided.We should bring the firm culture into full play,dissolve the contradiction,enhance cooperation,and foster the family firm＇s loyalty,trust and family culture.
