摘　　要：当前我国经济结构转型和农村城市化进程加快带来了县级职业教育规模扩张较快和现实需求庞大的情况。针对存在的经费投入不足,实践教学设施逐年添置然而利用效益低下,实践教学师资队伍薄弱等问题,提出了加大投入、强化师资队伍建设、加强实践教学管理、健全相关法律法规、建立相应考评机制及改革教学方法等对策建议。The current economic restructuring and rural urbanization has brought a fast expansion and a huge demand of county vocational education .To solve the difficulties such as lack of funding, the increasing purchase and low efficiency of the existing practice of teaching facilities ,the weak teaching staff and so on, the paper proposes to increase investment, strengthen the teaching staff, strengthen the practice of teaching management, and improve relevant laws, regulations and evaluation mechanisms and reform of teaching methods.
