摘 要:采用离子交换树脂对菊粉提取液进行处理,以脱除其中的杂质盐类,满足菊粉成品的质量要求。首先经过初步筛选,从16种不同类型的树脂中筛选出脱盐效果较好的6种树脂,然后将筛选出的树脂按照阴→阳→阴的串联方式组成4种离子交换柱组合进行脱盐试验,确定组合A即强碱性阴离子交换树脂D202→强酸性阳离子交换树脂D001-F→弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D315为菊粉提取液脱盐的最佳树脂组合。经树脂组合A处理后,所收集的菊粉提取液电导率从5 050μs/cm降至240μs/cm。离子交换柱处理量为4倍柱体积。Ion exchange resins were used to demineralize from inulin extract with water in order to meet the demand of inulin quality.According to the ability of demineralizaton,6 resins were chosen from 16 different resins.They were divided into 4 groups and were assembled in the order of anion→cation→anion.The results demineralizaton experiments showed that group A(D202→D001-F→D315) was the best resin group.After demineralizing inulin extract by the resins of group A,electric conductivity of inulin extract decreased from 5 050 μs/cm to 240 μs/cm,and the disposal volume was 4 times of column volume.
