摘　　要：核心能力是培养高技能应用型人才的重要内容。本文通过分析传统微生物学检验实验教学模式的不足，探讨了微生物学检验实验教学改革的重要性和必要性，提出以医学检验技术专业核心能力培养为中心，将微生物学检验实验教学内容优化整合为技能模块、综合训练模块和应用模块，构建模块化实验教学模式和科学合理的实验教学评价体系，以有效提高课程教学质量，为培养医学检验技术专业高级应用型人才奠定基础。Core competence is most important for training of high skill technicians. The deficiency of the traditional teaching for experimental microbiology laboratory was analyzed in this article to discuss the importance and necessity for experimental teaching reform. Based on laboratory core competence cultivating, the experimental teaching contents of microbiology laboratory were optimized and integrated to skill module, comprehensive training module and application module. Building modular model of experimental teaching and more reasonable teaching evaluation system so as to improve the teaching quality and lay a good foundation for training of high skill medical laboratory technicians.
