摘　　要：介绍了中国固态白酒酒糟的成分组成及利用价值,并对其资源化研究利用情况进行概述。提出固态白酒酒糟结合其他固体废弃物进行综合处理与利用,以及实现闭式循环利用的新思路和模式。The compositions of distiller＇ s grains in liquor production by solid fermentation and its use value were introduced in this paper. The viewpoint of comprehensive utilization of distiller＇s grains combined with other waste solids was put forward, and the new patterns of closed cy- cle reclamation were illustrated.
