摘 要:采用阻尼可调减振器件对降低地铁浮置板轨道振动具有重要作用,在用磁流变减振器替换浮置板轨道被动钢弹簧器件的基础上,建立了地铁轨道垂向振动力学模型,以抑制浮置板垂向振动来降低列车激振能量向地基的传递为目标,设计了兼顾浮置板振动速度和加速度的磁流变减振模糊控制、仅通过抑制浮置板振动速度来减振的天棚控制,分别对磁流变减振器阻尼值进行半主动控制。搭建了地铁浮置板轨道垂向振动半主动隔离仿真平台并进行了不同减振方式的仿真实验。结果表明,地铁浮置板轨道采用可控阻尼的磁流变减振器时,其低频减振效率较被动钢弹簧器件提高了18%~28%,具有明显的优势,且基于磁流变减振器的地铁轨道振动模糊控制优于天棚控制效果。The shock absorbers with variable damping are very important for restraining vibration performance of subway floating slab track(FST). Based on taking the magnetorheological(MR) shock absorbers to the place of the traditional steel spring shock absorbers, a vertical vibration dynamic model of FST is proposed. A fuzzy controller, which considers vibra- tion velocity and accelerates velocity of FST, and a skyhook controller which considers the vibration velocity of the FST, are both addressed for semi-active control of the damping of MR shock absorbers to meet with the aim of reducing the vertical excitation energy transmitted to the basis. A vertical vibration simulation system of FST of metro rail is built. The simula- tion experiment demonstrates that the vibration control efficiency based on the MR vibration isolators has increased 18%- 28% in lower frequency range, which is better than that of traditional steel spring shock absorbers. The MR shock absorb- ers have obvious advantages. It also confirms that the fuzzy controller can provide better performance in reducing the total vertical transmitted energy than the skyhook controller.
