摘  要:对单体5HT-2型农副产品太阳能干燥装置(简称SD装置)进行串联改造,每套装置占地5.3m2,场地利用率较单体提高29%。在杏干燥期间,串联SD装置的集热器出口温度平均为50℃,分别较单体和环境高出6,15℃。正午时较环境温度高20℃以上的温升保证率可达65%以上。串联SD装置的干燥室温度平均为36℃,分别较单体和环境高出2,5℃,正午时3℃以上的温升保证率可达99%以上。采用串联SD装置进行杏子的制干,水分含量日平均散失高于单体5%左右,说明串联SD装置有效提高了热空气的利用效率,不仅可缩短杏子的干燥时间,而且杏干品质与单体SD装置所生产的杏干品质相当,均显著优于传统摊晒杏干。5HT-2 agricultural solar drying device(referred to as SD device) had been improved in series,The unit area of each device was 5.3 m2,and the land-use ratio was 29% higher than only one device.During the whole drying period,The average temperature of concentrator outlet on SD series device was 50 ℃,which was 6 ℃ higher than one device and 15 ℃ higher than environmental temperature.The guaranteed rate of temperature raised 20 ℃,and was 65% compared with the environmental temperature at noon.The average temperature of drying room on SD series device was 36 ℃,which was 2 ℃ higher than one device and 5 ℃ higher than environmental temperature.The guaranteed rate of temperature raised 3 ℃ was 99% compared with the environmental temperature at noon.The average moisture content of drying apricots on the SD series device was about 5% daily lower than one device.The results show that the series SD devices hot air utilization was more efficiently,and it was helpful to improve drying rate of apricots.In addition,the sensory quality on the dried apricot was shown both well whether being produced by one or series SD device.Products have both uniformity and bright color,moderate tissue,proper scent,odor-free,and the quality was generally better than that dried by traditional natural air.The superior grade rate was 85%,which was 30% higher than natural drying.
