摘　　要：高校的数学课堂气氛往往给人一种沉闷死板的感觉。本文根据作者的实际教学经验,利用＂借助＂式的教学方法,给出了使课堂教学气氛变得轻松和幽默的途径,从而有效的改变了课堂教学环境,提高了课堂教学质量。The atmospheres of university mathematics class are often dull and rigid. In this paper,according to the authors practical teaching experience,the ＂help＂ type of teaching method can make the atmospheres of mathematics class become more relaxed and humorous,then it can effectively change the class environment and improve the quality of teaching.
