Optimization of Enzyme-Assisted Extraction Process for Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Oil by Response Surface Methodology

摘  要:采用响应面法优化酶法提取泥鳅鱼油工艺,并采用GC/MS法分析泥鳅鱼油成分。结果显示:酶法提取泥鳅鱼油的最优工艺条件为酶添加量1.66%、酶解时间2.5 h、液料比2.18∶1、酶解温度56℃,此条件下泥鳅鱼油的平均得率为6.48%;泥鳅鱼油中饱和脂肪酸占27.23%,不饱和脂肪酸占67%左右,其中单不饱和脂肪酸占43.03%,以油酸(28.17%)、棕榈油酸(9.51%)、顺型异油酸(5.35%)为主,多不饱和脂肪酸以亚油酸为主(21.31%),此外还含有亚麻酸与EPA,具有一定的开发利用价值。Enzyme - assisted extraction process for Misgurrtus anguillicaudatus oil was optimized by response surface methodology and the oil was analyzed by GC/MS in this paper. The results showed:the optimized extraction process was enzyme concentration of 1.66%, enzymatic hydrolysis time of 2.5 hours, solvent / solid ratio of 2.18:1 and enzymatic hydrolysis temperature of 56 ~C. Under above conditions ,the average extraction rate was 6.48%. There were saturated fatty acid of 27.23% and unsaturated fatty acid of about 67% in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus oil, in which there were monounsaturated fatty acid of 43.03% and polyunsaturated fatty acid of 21.31%. Monounsaturated fatty acid included oleic acid of 28.17% ,palmitoleic acid of 9.51% and vaccenic acid of 5.35% mainly. Linoleic acid was the main polyunsaturated fatty acid in Misgurnus anguillicaudatus oil. In addition, there were ot -linolenic acid and EPA . also.
