摘　　要：学习动机是英语学习成功与否的一个重要因素。对于非英语专业大学生,教师要帮助他们深刻认识英语学习的重要性,帮助他们设立合理科学的英语学习目标,为他们创造良好的语言学习环境。Motivation is one of the key factors on the road to the success of English study. Based on the study of motivation by the predecessors, the author analyzes the basic types of English learning motivation of college non-English majors, and then puts forward several strategies about how to stimulate it.
