摘  要:"人才资源共享"校企合作机制是学校师生与企业人士共同参与办学过程的一种人才培养方式,具有人才资源充分共享、校企互动合作更加深入、职业素质核心凸显,以及校企文化融合提升等特点。高职院校在开展"人才资源共享"校企合作过程中,必须坚持自愿诚信、平等互利、科学合理、目标一致、学校主导等原则。The school-enterprise cooperation mechanism based on "talents communion" is a talent cultivation model in which the teachers and students of higher vocational schools and entrepreneurs jointly participated in school-running pro-cess, and its characteristics contain fully sharing of talents resources, more in-depth school-enterprise interactive coopera-tion, outstanding professional quality core and increasingly syncretic and improved school-enterprise culture. To launch school-enterprise cooperation based "talents communion" , higher vocational schools should adhere to the principles of vol- untariness and good faith,equality and mutual benefits, seientificity and rationality,unity of purpose and college dominated, etc.
