摘 要:作为一门实践性课程,《英语视听说》需要学习者针对个体差异自主建构语言体系。本文结合教学实际,探讨了"以学生为中心"教学模式改革中的关键点,从激发学生动机入手,以兴趣激发为起点,分数激励作保障,通过多元化评价体系构建,指导不同特质的学生从不同维度取得突破,并在学习知识的过程中学会运用元认知策略提高学习效率,培养学生终身学习的能力。English learning requires learners to construct language system autonomously based on their individualities. This paper explored the key points in student-centered teaching concept first; then it suggested teachers start from students' learning motivation, keep motivation with score incentives, and help students with different characteristics to make breakthrough in multiple dimensions by constructing multi-facet evaluation system. It also pointed out that students should master meta-cognition strategies so as to acquire language well and realize life long learning.
