摘　　要：概率论与数理统计是一门应用性很强的课程,也是大学数学课程中的重要组成部分,在高校教改新形势下,其教学改革也势在必行。文章根据概率论与数理统计课程的特点,结合当代大学生数学基础、特点和接受能力及多年教学经验,就其教学方法、教学手段进行探讨。Probability Theory is a very important course and a component of college mathematics courses. Under the new sit- uation of educational reform in colleges and universities, the reform of this course is imperative. This article explores the teaching methods of Probability Theory on the basis of its characteristics, what the students have already learnt and the au- thor＇ s teaching experiences.
