摘  要:采用超临界CO2萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取了甘肃白沙蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala krash)中的挥发油,并采用GC-MS法检测了白沙蒿提取物中挥发油组成成分。结果表明,在超临界CO2萃取提取物中含有102种化合物,而水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中有54种化合物,二者相同化合物共有26种。与传统水蒸气蒸馏法相比,采用超临界CO2法更能真实、全面地反映白沙蒿的挥发油成分,为进一步研究利用白沙蒿植物资源提供了科学依据。The essential oil from Artemisia sphaerocephala krash was extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction (SFE-CO2).The chemical components of the essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS and compared with the chemical components extra-cted by water steam distillation(WSD). 102 peaks of SFE-CO2 were separated and identified by GC-MS. 54 peaks of WSD was separated and identified by GC-MS. There were 26 same components,but these two ways had larger differences in components and provided a scientific basis for the use of the Artemisia sohaerocephala krash plant resources to further ~esearch.
