摘 要:目的了解护理学专业本科生人文关怀能力,分析教与学对学生人文关怀能力的影响。方法采用方便抽样方法选取445名护理学专业本科生,用Nkongho关怀能力量表对其进行横断面问卷调查。结果护理学专业本科生的关怀能力低于国际护士关怀能力评分标准,女生的关怀能力明显高于男生,低年级学生的关怀能力高于高年级学生。结论护理学专业本科生整体关怀能力偏低。护理学院校应当加强学生人文关怀教育,改善护理人文课程教学,将人文关怀教育融入到护理学专业课程教学中,以提高学生的关怀能力。Objective To know the humanistic caring capability of nursing undergraduates and analyze the influence of the teaching and learning on humanistic caring capability of nursing students. Methods A total of 445 nursing students were selected by stratified sampling, and were investigated by using Nkongho' s Caring Ability Inventory. Results The humanistic caring capability of nursing undergraduates was lower than international standards of caring capability, the caring capability of girl students was much higher than the male students, low-grade students was higher than high-grade students. Conclusions On the whole, the nursing students' caring capability was poor. Nursing schools should strengthen the education of humanistic caring, improved the teaching of nursing humanities courses, and blend the education of humanistic caring into the nursing courses, so as to improve the humanistic caring capability of nursing undergraduate
