摘  要:随着《劳动合同法》在我国的颁布实施,其对高校人事用工制度将产生十分明显的影响。高校人事用工制度在此过程中将产生什么样的挑战和影响,以及高校如何应对这种挑战,对这些问题的探讨有着一定的现实意义。结合《劳动合同法》在高校实施现状,分析高校人事用工制度所受影响,提出完善对策。As the issue of Labor Contract Law in our country, it brings obvious influence on personnel employment system in colleges. In its process there exist some problems for personnel employment system in colleges, such as what kinds of challenges and influences will come out and how to deal with this challenge by colleges. It has certain actual meaning for discussing these problems. Combing the present condition of Labor Contract Law carded out in colleges, this paper analyzes the influence of personnel employment system in colleges and puts forward the perfect countermeasure.
