摘 要:对Dietzia cinnamea.7517d产海藻糖脂摇瓶发酵培养基的碳源进行了优化。结果表明,最佳培养基配方为(g/L):食用油10.0,麦芽糖4.0,酵母膏6.0,K2HPO4·3H2O1.0,KH2PO41.0,MgSO4·7H2O0.5,CaCl20.02,FeCl30.02,pH7.2~7.4。在此优化发酵条件下,表面活性剂的产量为756.4mg/L,较原来提高了9.4倍,且降低了成本。添加疏水(食用油)碳源较亲水(麦芽糖)碳源更利于海藻糖脂的发酵。The purpose of this research was to optimize the fermentation carbons of Trehalose lipids produced by Dietzia cinnamea.7517 d.The results indicated that the best medium was as follows:10g/L of edible oil,4g/L of maltose,6g/L of yeast extract,1g/L of K2HPO4·3H2O,1g/L of KH2PO4,0.5g/L of MgSO4·7H2O,0.02g/L of CaCl2,0.02g/L of FeCl3,pH7.2 ~ 7.4.Based on the optimization medium,the yield of the biosurfactant was 756.4mg/L,9.4 times more than the preliminary preparation,and reduce the cost.The hydrophobic carbon(edible oil)was more conducive to the fermentation of trehalose lipids than the hydrophilic carbon(maltose).
