摘　　要：对本市某所三级甲等医院随机抽样 30个业务科室 ,对科室的学术带头人与行政科主任关系进行了调查分析 ,两者关系可归纳为两种类型 ,即一体型、分离型 (包含指导型、主从型、不协调型 )。认为一体型是理想的类型 。Investigation and Analysis have been conducted on the relationship between academic leader and department chief through random sample surveys at 30 clinical departments in a Grade 3 A Hospital in Shanghai.It is concluded that the relationship could be divided into two types:integrated type and separated type (which includes guiding type,the primary and secondary combined type and disharmonic type).The integrated type is thought to be an ideal one while the guiding type is a more suitable one compared with the other types among the separated type.
