摘　　要：中职学校生源质量普遍下滑,学生英语水平远低于社会对职业人才的要求,相应的英语课堂效率也偏低。心理学研究表明,轻松愉快的学习气氛能使学生以愉快的心情学习、思考并获得知识,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣。因此,需要通过有效的教学手段,不断更新变化,提高中职学生英语课堂效率。The quality of the students in general decline, the English level of students is far lower than the social occupation personnel requirements, English classroom efficiency is correspondingly low. Psychological research shows that, relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere to make students learn in a happy mood, thinking and acquire knowledge, cultivate students＇ learning interest. Therefore needs through effective teaching means, change constantly updated, improve the students＇ English classroom efficiency.
