毒鼠强中毒检验的研究

摘　　要：应用气相色谱仪对毒鼠强进行检测 OV 1 0 1 ( 1 5m× 0 .53mm)大口径石英毛细管柱分离 ,FID最小检出限为 2ng ,线性范围 50～ 1 0 0 0 μg ,相关系数 0 999;NPD最小检出限 0 0 2ng ,线性范围 0 0 2～ 50 μg ,相关系数为 0 999 较为系统地研究了各类检材的处理方法 ,色谱柱的选择 ,并对提取溶剂和净化剂进行了筛选比较 ,利用大口径毛细管柱的高分辨率和氮磷检测器的高灵敏度 。The determination methods of tetramine in foods and tissues by GC are reported.With an OV 101 capillary column(15 m×0.53 mm),by FID the limit of detection is 2 ng,the linear range is 50～100 μg and correlative coefficient is 0.999;by NPD the limit of detection is 0.02 ng,the linear range is 0.02～50 μg and correlative coefficient is 0.999. A system study of treating various samples,selecting GC columns,contrasting extraction agents and purifying agents is given in this report and the limit of detection is raised with the high differential ability of capillary column and sensibility to nitrogen compound of NPD.
