摘 要:目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与学习倦怠的关系。方法采用大学生时间管理倾向量表与学习倦怠量表对314名大学生进行问卷调查及相关分析。结果①学生的学习倦怠(除情绪衰竭因素外)存在性别上的差异,在学习倦怠的情绪衰竭因子上存在显著的年级差异(F=6.95,P<0.01);②时间管理倾向在时间价值感上存在性别差异(t=-2.28,P<0.05),女生得分好于男生,医学专业学生的时间管理好于非医学专业的学生,并在各因子上差异显著(P<0.05或<0.01);③时间管理倾向与学习倦怠各维度存在负相关,时间管理高分组的学习倦怠水平显著低于低分组的学生(P<0.01或<0.001)。结论学生的时间管理倾向影响其学习倦怠水平。Objective To explore the relationship between time management disposition and learning burnout of college students.Methods A total of 314 college students were investigated with the time management disposition inventory and learning burnout scale.Results ①Gender difference was significant at the level of learning burnout(except emotion exhaustion factor),boy students’ scores were higher than girls’;There was significant grade difference at the emotion exhaustion factor of learning burnout(F=6.95,P〈0.01);②Gender difference was significant at the level of the sense of time value,girls’ were higher than boys’(t=2.28,P〈0.05);Medical students had higher scores than other students(P〈0.05).③Time management disposition had significant negative correlation with learning burnout,there were significant difference between the students who had higher scores about time management and the students who had lower scores(P〈0.01).The students who had higher scores indicated that they had lower level at the learning burnout.Conclusion Time management disposition influences the level of learning burnout.
