摘 要:教师行为是在其自身观念指导下所表现出来的有意义的活动单元,教师行为的分类繁多也具有不同的表现形式。此外教师行为的表达还受教师信念、教师情感投入、教师教学监控能力、教师专业成长、教师心理素质、教师的职业规划等因素的影响。Teachers' behavior is the activity unit guided by their own ideas, which has various classifications and different forms of expression as well. In addition the expression of teachers' behavior is also influenced by teachers' beliefs, teachers' emotional input,teachers' teaching monitoring capability,teachers' professional development, teachers' psychological quality, teacher career planning, and so on.
