职业院校校企合作机制构建的现状及其对策

摘　　要：职业院校校企合作成效不理想,其重要原因之一是尚未构建起校企合作长效机制。校企合作机制落后成为制约职业教育健康发展的主要障碍之一。完善校企合作机构及其管理机构,构建政策保障机制,构建互惠双赢的驱动机制,构建校企合作评价机制。建立政府主导,职业院校主动,行业、企业参与＂四方联动＂的长效机制,校企合作才能形成长期、稳定、有效的战略合作。The reason why vocational colleges and enterprises cooperation is not satisfactory is due to the ineffective and imperfect college - enterprise mechanism. Backward college - enterprise mechanism becomes one of the main obstacles to restrict the healthy development of vocational education. In order to deal with it, we should improve college- enterprise cooperation mechanism and management mechanism, construct the policy guarantee mecha- nism, establish mutually beneficial win- win drive mechanism and construcl school- enterprise cooperation and e- valuation mechanism. In order to create long - lasting, stable and effective cooperation, the ＂ quartet＂ long - term mechanism of the linkage should be built up by enterprises. government- led, initiative colleges and participating industry and
