养心草的有效成分及功能性化合物研究进展

摘　　要：养心草又名费菜,学名景天三七,为蔷薇目景天科多年生草本植物,是一种新型的保健蔬菜。养心草富含黄酮、三萜、甾醇等活性成分,具有抗自由基、抗氧化、保护心脑血管、促进血液循环、抑制人体对胆固醇的吸收、降低血脂等保健功能。本文对养心草的有效成分、生理和药理活性、食用安全性等进行了综述,通过ABTS+和DPPH自由基清除体系以及全血抗氧化体系验证了养心草的抗氧化功能,以期为养心草的资源开发提供参考。As a newly developped health vegetable,Sedum aizoon L.belongs to herbaceous perennid of Crassulaceae and is called as Feicai too.It contains abundant effective components such as flavonoids,triterpenes,and phytosterols and has multiple health effects.For example,it can promote blood circulation,restrain cholestrol absorption,reduce blood lipid,and prevent the incident of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In order to provide reference and suggestion for the resources utilization of Sedum aizoon L.,this paper reviews advanced research about Sedum aizoon L.,especially located on effective components,pharmacological activity,safety evaluation and edible utilization,what＇s more,we confirmed that Sedum aizoon L.can be free radical scavenger of ABTS＋ and DPPH and blood antioxidant which can provide reference for deep processing of it.
