摘　　要：大学英语翻译教学存在一系列困境,急需更新翻译观念,在功能目的论指导下进行改革,探索大学英语翻译教学新模式,建立基础理论课+专业理论课+专业技能课+专业选修课的教学模式,以培养大批专业翻译人才,服务经济社会发展。Translation teaching on campus is encountering a series of troubles. In this case, enhancing the translation concepts and conducting college English reform under the guidance of skopos theory become a must so as to foster a great number of well - trained translators and serve the local economy and society.
