摘　　要：德国应用科技大学为社会服务的办学方向、应用型人才的培养定位、校企合作的培养模式、突出技能培养的课程模式、高水平的教师队伍等鲜明特色,为我国高职院校人才培养提供了诸多启示。我国高职院校应学习德国应用科技大学的成功经验,坚定高技能人才培养方向,以高技能人才培养为核心,建立高职院校教师准入制度,走校企合作的道路。The German university of applied science and technology have the schooling direction of social services,the talent education location of application-oriented,the training mode of university-enterprise cooperation,the teaching mode of highlight the skills education,the high-level team of teachers and other distinctive characteristics.China＇s higher vocational college should learn from Germany university of applied science and technology and persist in the direction of highly skilled talents training,take high-skills education as the core,build system of employment teachers,take the path of university-enterprise cooperation,improve talent training quality.
