摘  要:高职院校的隐性课程主要存在于精神文化、课程教学和实践活动领域,通过提供场景、营造氛围、行动引导,感染、熏陶、影响受教育者,在职业核心能力培养中发挥导向、渗透和强化作用。注重在校园环境中营造职业文化的精神导向,在课堂教学中进行工作过程的学习设计,在行为培养中重视实践活动的过程历练,可以有效发挥隐性课程在职业核心能力培养中的作用。The recessive curriculum in senior vocational school mainly exists in spiritual cuhure, course teaching and practical activity. It influences, nurtures, and cultivates learners by offering scenes, constructing atmosphere and action guiding. It plays the guiding, infiltrating and reinforcing role in cultivating the professional core ability. The recessive curriculum functions effectively in cultivating the professional core capability by emphasizing spiritual orientation of building professional culture in campus, by conduc- ting the study design of working process in classroom teaching, and by focusing on experience of practical activity in behavior cultiva- tion.
