摘  要:采用问卷调查等研究方法,分析不同人群对制订新体育教师专业标准的意见和建议。结果显示:目前体育教育专业毕业生从事中小学体育教师工作的比例与专业培养目标差距较大;大学生毕业后的首选职业仍是中小学体育教师,但50%以上的毕业生迫于现实压力而转行;不同人群对新体育教师的专业发展状况满意度一般。建议:国家应启动包括新体育教师专业标准在内的标准体系制订工作;新体育教师专业标准的制订应在体育新课程实施的大背景下,以专题研究的形式进行。With the methods of questionnaire and interview, the study investigates and analyzes the opinions and suggestions for the construction of New Physical Education Teachers ' Professional Standards among different groups of people. The study shows that there is a gap between the percentage of physical education graduates, who become physical education teachers in elementary & secondary schools, and professional development objectives. With being physical education teachers as their first choice, 50% of the graduates have to change their professions in reality though. The extent of satisfaction to professional development is pretty ordinary among different groups of people. It is suggested that standard system formulations, including the one of New Physical Education Teachers' Professional Standards, should be started by government. And the formulation of New Physical Education Teachers' Professional Standards should be done in the form of research projects, under the background of the operation of new physical education curriculum.
