学校公民教育的公共生活策略

摘　　要：学校公民教育不仅要讲授和传递公民知识,更重要的是要为学生构建一个公共生活的空间,通过公共生活的交互性平台来培养学生的公民品质和公共精神。当代社会在生活方式上已经逐渐从传统的"私己生活"向现代的"公共生活"转型,这为学校公民教育提供了生活实践的基础。学校公民教育应当依托于这种生活方式的转型,为学生建构出公共生活的实践平台。在具体的教育策略上,学校公民教育可以通过一系列的公共生活策略,主要包括学校领域内的民主管理策略、社团自治策略,以及学校领域之外的"小社区"生活策略和"大社会"生活策略等,来培育和锻炼学生的公民品质和公民行动能力,提升学校公民教育的质量和效果。Citizenship education in schools is not only the teaching and transforming of citizenship knowledge but also the construction of public life in school environment. Through public life and public intercourse, students＇ citizen character and public spirit can be fostered. As we known, in modem society, people＇s life style is changed fi＇om the personal life to the public life, and it provides good basis to school＇s citizenship education at last. So school＇s citizenship education should rely on the transition of life style, and construct a public life space for students. In the practical strategy, school＇s citizenship education should construct school＇s public life, such as school＇s democratic life, community life, neighborhood life and social life. Through these life styles, school＇s citizenship education can foster and exercise students＇ citizen charac- ter and civil action ability, and then improve the effect of citizenship education.
