摘　　要：教育大计,教师为本。教育是国家和民族发展最根本的事业,教师是推动教育事业发展的生力军。努力造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化教师队伍,必须加强师德建设,师德乃人民教师崇高使命的必然要求。The teacher is essential in education.While education is the basic project in the development of a nation,the teacher is the productive force to carry out the development of education.To build a well-structured faculty of noble ethics,keen professional skills and great vitality,we are to enhance the work on the teachers' ethics,as it is the necessary requirement on the teacher.
