摘 要:目的探讨CDIO模式用于本科护生基础护理学教学效果。方法随机抽取2009级2个本科班护生按班别分为实验班(41人)和对照班(42人)。在基础护理学教学中,对照班采用常规教学法,实验班引入CDIO模式教学,即实行情景导入、角色互换、服务学习、朋辈带教、Blog互动等方式教学。课程授毕评价效果。结果实验班理论及技能操作考试成绩显著高于对照班(均P<0.01),实验班护生均认同CDIO模式可提高其综合能力。结论CDIO模式用于本科护生基础护理学教学,有利于提高教学效果和护生的综合素质。Objective To explore effects of ′conceive-design-implement-operate′(CDIO) model applied to teaching the course of Fundamental Nursing for baccalaureate nursing students.Methods Baccalaureate nursing students of two classes enrolled in 2009 were randomly assigned to an experimental class(41 students) and a control class(42 students).In the course of Fundamental Nur-sing,the control class received traditional teaching methods,while for the experimental class CDIO model was employed in the form of introduction of clinical cases,role reversal training,practice-based learning,peer-based teaching,and Blog interaction.Results Test scores of theory and operation skills in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class(P〈0.01 for both),and all students of the experimental class convinced that CDIO model could foster and improve their comprehensive quality.Conclusion CDIO model applied to teaching the course of Fundamental Nursing for baccalaureate nursing students exerts better teaching effects,which improves both teaching quality and students′ comprehensive quality.
