摘  要:校本教学研究努力突破传统的学院派研究及其教学困境,彰显为教师的本体性实践活动与新型研究方式,呈现出"教学-变革-研究"三位一体的基本形态与追求,是生成于教师、立足于学校、扎根于教学问题、以教学改善为核心、以教师发展为目的、以学生学习为旨归的当代教学变革理念与实践。校本教学研究要求:完善教师知识、促进教师专业发展;变革教研制度、构建研究型学习共同体;深入课堂学习研究、聚焦课业研究。different from the traditional research on teaching, the School- Based Teaching Study (SBTS), which focuses on teachers" activities and innovative methodology, is a unity of teaching, reform and research. SBTS is the modern ]earning and teaching theory and practice which is based on school, stems from teachers, emphasizes teaching problems and improvement, and aims at teacher development. The requirements of SBTS include enlarging the teacher knowledge, improving the teacher professional development, achieving the teaching and research reform and constructing the research-based learning community, improving the class learning studies and focusing on the lesson studies and etc. SBTLS has gradually become the operational and working model of teachers in their teaching activities.
