摘　　要：在L1空间中讨论了一类具非正则条件的迁移算子的谱,在扰动算子K是非正则和m>3的条件下,证明了该C0半群V(t)的Dyson-Phillips展开式的余项R2m+1(t)在L1空间中弱紧,从而得到了文献[3]的主要结果,并得到了C0半群U(t)和C0半群V(t)有相同的本质谱型。The objective of this paper is to discuss the spectra of transport operator without regularity condition in L1 space. With the conditions af without regularity and m 〉 3, it proves that the remained term R2m＋ 1 （t） of Dyson- Phillips expansion of the Co semigroup V（t） is weakly compact in L1 space, and it obtains the main results of [3],and gets the Co semigroups U（t） and Co semi- group V（t） have the same essential type.
