摘　　要：建立了一类具size结构的连续性模型,利用半离散逼近法使其转化为半离散化模型。探讨了半离散化模型系统解的存在唯一性。依靠法锥相关知识证明了最优控制问题解存在的必要条件。This paper built a kind of size-dependent population continuous model by using the semi- discrete approximation method to make it into a semi-discrete model, and the existence and uniqueness of solution for semi-discrete system were discussed. Finally, the necessary condition of its existence was given by the knowledge of normal cone
