摘　　要：科学性是考试所要遵循的首要原则。要保证高职院校公共英语课程考试听力试题命制的科学性,就必须遵循学生的认知心理过程。因此,在命制高职院校公共英语课程考试的听力试题时,需考虑到学生的认知心理过程,同时遵循英语听力试题的命题原则,注意材料的选取与题型的选择。Being scientific is the primary principle followed by examination. Students＇ cognitive psychological process must be followed in order to make sure that English listening examination items are developed scientifically. Therefore the principles of developing English listening comprehension items should be followed; the choice of materials as well as the selection of item types should be paid attention to besides students＇ cognitive psychological process.
