摘　　要：教学培训是提升教师教学能力的重要途径,是加强教师队伍建设的重要环节。教学名师是高校教师的杰出代表,如何充分运用高校教学名师的优势开展教学培训是一个值得探讨的问题。文章从高校教师教学名师的教学专项培训开班满意度的调查分析出发,对如何发挥高校教学名师作用、做好教师教学培训提出了一些相应的对策及思路。Teaching training is the important way to improve teaching ability and it is the key to improve teaching ability and the important session to strengthen the teachers group construction. Outstanding college faculty is regarded as the outstanding rep- resentative of faculty. How to develop the teaching training which lead by great advantage of outstanding college faculty de- serves much research work. This paper analyzes the research based on the satisfaction of outstanding college faculty training class ,and proposes some corresponding countermeasures and suggestion on teaching training and bow to do outstanding college faculty work.
