摘  要:新课程改革已经十年,进入了深化、完善的深水区,承担一线学科教学的普通教师应该而且能够做些什么呢?素质教育和新课程改革的内涵非常丰富,实行起来千头万绪,普通教师在教育教学实践中不可能兼顾到方方面面,他们只要努力做好三件事就可以了,这就是迎难而上突破束缚、追求轻负高效、凸显培养学生"创新精神和实践能力"这一素质教育和课程改革的实施重点。The new curriculum reform has already been implemented for ten years and now has entered a deepening and improving period.What should and can ordinary teachers who implement teaching activities do? Quality education and new curriculum reform have rich connotations,and it is complicated to implement them.It is impossible for the ordinary teachers in the teaching practice to pay attention to every aspect of quality education and curriculum reform.Actually they only need to complete three tasks diligently.The first task is to learn to dance with shackles,namely,teaching with characteristics while abiding by all the rules.The second is to pursue high efficiency without imposing heavy burdens on students.The third is to highlight 'innovation and practice' of students which is the key of the quality education and the new curriculum reform.
