摘　　要：人工甜味剂主要是指一些具有甜味但不是糖类的合成化学物质,广泛应用于食品和饮料、制药、个人护理品、酿酒和饲料等行业。主要针对其进入环境后特别是环境水体当中的污染水平及趋势、环境行为、生态毒理和分析方法等进行了综述,为进一步研究提供一些建设性的参考。Artificial sweeteners are synthetic compounds that duplicate the effect of sugar in taste, which are widely applied to food, drinks, drugs, PPCPs, feed, alcohol, et al. Concentrations of artificial sweeteners in environments media such as water and soil were described. Behaviour and ecological toxicity of artificial sweeteners and effect of them in ecosystem were summarized. And then the new trend of study on environmental behaviors of artificial sweeteners in ecosystem is presented.
