对少数民族地区中小学实施双语教学必要性的再认识

摘　　要：从实际出发遵循客观规律是我国少数民族地区教育教学语言选择的科学依据,是党的实事求是思想路线在如何处理教学用语和少数民族学生语言实际等关系上的具体体现,是科学性和政策性的统一。综观60多年来少数民族地区办学成败得失的经验教训,我们有必要重新审视这些地区在教育教学语言的选择和实施双语教学问题上仍然存在的问题,以期促进少数民族地区教育的全面健康发展。Proceeding from actual situation and following objective law are the scientific basis in selecting education and teaching languages in ethnic minority regions in China. They reflect our Party＇ s ideology of seeking truth from facts in handling the relation between teaching language and mother tongue of minority students and the unity of science and policy. When reviewing school running in ethnic minority regions over 60 years, it is necessary to reexamine the problems in teaching language selection and bilingual teaching so as to promote a healthy development of education in these regions.
