摘　　要：从教育界的实际出发 ,依据教育过程的三大关系 ,论述了发展素质教育的三个着重点 ,即要着重于学生主体精神的发挥 ;着重于智力素质和非智力素质教育的统一 ,发展学生的个性品质 ;着重于新的实践和新的发展。According to three relationships of the educational process,this paper discusses three focal points to develop the quality education from the educational reality.We should make a special effort to make full use of the studentss subject spirit,stress the unity of the intelligence and non intelligence quality,develop the students specific character and emphasize the new practice and new development.
