摘 要:为制备丙二醇单酯,以叔丁醇为溶剂,对脂肪酶催化橄榄油与1,2-丙二醇进行酯交换反应合成丙二醇单酯进行研究。考察脂肪酶种类和酶反应条件对酯交换反应的影响。结果表明,在叔丁醇体系中来自Rhizomucor miehei的固定化脂肪酶Lipozyme RM IM适用于催化橄榄油与丙二醇的醇解反应合成1,2-丙二醇单酯。最佳的反应条件:橄榄油和1,2-丙二醇的摩尔比为1∶4,叔丁醇体系中底物混合物的浓度为30%,反应温度为50℃,脂肪酶的添加量为底物质量的3%,酯交换反应12h。该条件下,产物中1,2-丙二醇单酯的含量达到72.4%。Investigated the synthesis of propylene glycol monoester using lipase catalyzed transesterification between olive oil and 1,2-propanediol in tert-butanol,and the effects of different lipases and processing parameters on transesterification were studied.The results showed that immobilized lipase Lipozyme RM IM from Rhizomucor miehei was suitable for catalyzed the alcoholysis between olive oil and 1,2-propanediol for synthesis of propylene glycol monoester.The optimal parameters were mole ratio of olive oil to 1,2-propanediol 1∶4,the concentration of substrates in tert-butanol 30%,reaction temperature 50 ℃,enzyme load was 3%(m/m)of substrates,duration of reaction 12 h.72.4% of 1,2-propylene glycol monoester was obtained after the reaction conducted with optimum conditions.
