高职院校涉外旅游专业能力本位课程设置——以苏州市为例

摘　　要：课程设置关系到人才培养的质量,应随着社会用人需求的发展进行适当调整。根据能力本位理论,苏州高职院校涉外旅游专业的课程设置应以苏州旅游企业岗位能力要求为基础,构建以能力为本位的课程体系,并采取措施保障课程实施,使苏州高职院校涉外旅游专业培养的人才能胜任将来的就业岗位。Curriculum setting is directly related to the quality of talent cultivation, and it should be adjusted through fre- quent revisions with the development of economy and society. According to the competency based education theory,the cur- riculum setting of international tourism specialty in higher vocational education in Suzhou should be based on the occupa- tional competencies demanded by touring enterprises and try to build the competency-based curriculum system; some safe- guard measures should be carried out to ensure that the international tourism talents cultivated in these schools will be adapted to the work.
