摘　　要：苹果醋的保健功能及科学依据目前尚无完整的论证资料,所能收集的资料一方面比较零散,另一方面缺乏科学依据。以科学实验为基础,从四个方面系统论证了苹果醋的保健功能及科学依据,为苹果醋及相关产品的开发提升,提供理论依据。Health functions and the scientific basis of apple cider vinegar, at present, there is no argu- ment data, on the one hand is more fragmented , on the other hand is the lack of scientific basis, the data collected. In this article, scientific experiments is the basis. Apple cider vinegar for health func- tion and the scientific basis for system demonstration from four aspects. Provide a theoretical basis for the development and promotion of apple cider vinegar and related products.
