摘  要:校企双主体办学是当前高职教育的主要发展方向,这一培养模式有利于实现校企双方的资源共享。高职教学团队以此为契机加强自身建设对提高办学质量具有重要意义。通过校企"互聘共培"、"双岗双薪"等方法建立专兼一体化教师体系是校企双主体办学模式下加强教学团队建设的有益探索。The college-enterprise "double subjects" cultivation mode is the general development trend of higher vocational education which helps promote the resource sharing between college and enterprises.It offers an opportunity for the teaching team to better itself,which is of significance for improving the quality of a college.To build an integrated team of full-time and part-time teachers by means of "mutual employment between college and enterprise to jointly cultivate talents","double posts double salary" is a significative exploration into strengthening teaching staff in the mode of college-enterprise double subjects.
