摘 要:基于中小学体育课程改革与《体育与健康课程标准》修订背景下,对体育课程性质定位、《体育与健康课程标准》目标体系分类、增强体质(增进健康)与运动技术关系以及"健康第一"指导思想内涵等热点问题,进行了深刻的剖析和思考。认为:体育课程是以身体实践为主要途径,以学习体育知识和运动技术为内容,传承运动文化,增强学生身心健康,促使学生成为‘文化化’新人为目的的必修课程;《体育与健康课程标准》目标体系应确立逻辑起点,层次目标应具有可检审性和操作性;协调和平衡增强体质(增进健康)与运动技术之间的关系,需在掌握运动技术的基础上,增进学生健康;"健康第一"的指导思想,反映了体育本质属性的要求,但体育课程对健康功用范围应有所侧重。Abstract:Under the background of physical education curriculum reform and revision of Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards, the hot issues such as the nature of PE curriculum, the categorization of curriculum objectives in the curriculum standards, the relationship between body building (or health promotion) and sports techniques, as well as the connotation of the guideline of "health first" are analyzed. It is contended that PE is a compulsary curriculum through which the acquisition of the knowledge and skills of sports and the inheritance of the culture of sports are completed to the end of fosterin~ students to be, cnm^individuals with a sound mind and body as well as rich culture knowledge by means of practice; that the logical starting point should be established for the objectives as mentioned in the curriculum standards and the objectives for different levels should be asertainable and operational; that the relationship between body- building (or health promotion) and the acquisition of sports skills should be well-coordinated and balanced; that the idea of "health first" reflects the nature of PE curriculum and should be based on the acquisition of sports skills; and that the differentiated importance should be attached to the health-promtion functions of PE curriculum.
