摘  要:以杜仲籽为原料,采用索式提取法对杜仲籽油进行提取及工艺优化研究,并采用复凝聚法研究杜仲籽油微胶囊化工艺条件。研究结果表明,采用正己烷萃取杜仲籽油的最优条件为:萃取试剂与杜仲籽比例为7.5:1(mL:g),萃取温度为85℃,萃取时间为6 h,此时出油率为31.55%,利用明胶和阿拉伯胶作为壁材微胶囊包埋杜仲籽油的最优条件为:芯材与壁材比例(即杜仲籽油、明胶和阿拉伯胶的质量比)为1:2:2,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为60 min,pH值为4,此时油利用率为87.8%,包埋率为34.32%,产品收率为51.16%。In this paper, choosing Eucommia seed as raw material, Eucommia seed oil extraction is studied by using organic solvent extraction, and the microencapsulation of Eucommia seed oil is studied by complex coacervation method. The results indicate that the optimum condition of Eucommia seed oil extraction is as follows: extraction reagents (mL) : Eucommia seed (g) is 7.5 : 1, extraction temperature is 85 ℃, extraction time is 6 h, at this time, the oil extraction rate is 31.55%, using gelatin and arabic gum as wall material, the optimum condition of Eucommia seed oil microencapsulation is as follows: the ratio of core material and wall material Eucommia seed oil (g): gelatin (g): Arabic gum (g) is 1 : 2 : 2, the reaction temperature is 50 ℃, reaction time is 60 min, pH value is 4. Under these conditions, the utilization rate of oil is 87.8%, embedding rate of oil is 34.32% and the yield rate of microencapsulation is 51.16%.
