摘　　要：商务谈判的成功与否对个人的发展、企业的生存与发展、社会经济的发展都起着重要的作用。为适应社会环境和经济,不断地调整谈判的教学方法,注重学生的训练,营造良好的训练环境。优化学习内容使其更时代化、现实化,具有良好的创新与沟通的能力和未来发展的能力。Business negotiations play an important role in individual development,the survival and development of enterprises and the socio-economic development.In order to adapt to the social environment and economy,colleges should constantly adjust the teaching methods,focus on the students＇ training and create a good training environment,optimize the learning content to progress with the times and reality,and cultivating the students with creativity,communication skills and future development ability.
