摘  要:高职酒店管理专业实践性强,在人才培养过程中注重理论与实践相结合、知识与技能相结合以及技能与职业资格相结合。该文借鉴英国职业教育经验,结合我国酒店管理行业的岗位特征和高职学生特点,以重庆电子工程职业学院酒店管理专业为例,分析讨论高职酒店管理人才培养模式。The hospitality management is a major with very strong practicability and fast development in higher vocational education. During the process of personnel training, it is noteworthy to combine with theory and practice, knowledge skills, skills and occupational qualification. In this paper, some successful experiences about British vocational education development are used for reference, and the professional and student characteristics in the trade of hospitality management are discussed. Some development situations of hospitality management in Chongqing College of Electronic Engineering are taken for example to analyze the healthy patterns of professional development and personnel training in the hospitality management field of Chinese higher vocational education.
